Coco banana smoothie

Serves two

 

Ingredients
1⁄2 frozen banana. If you don’t have frozen bananas you could use a regular one with a
couple of ice cubes added in.
1 cup milk (dairy or plant based)
1⁄4 cup grated frozen courgette (frozen is great as it gives it a thicker texture but fresh is
also fine)
1⁄2 tbsp smooth nut butter
1 heaped tsp cacao powder
1⁄4 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Handful of ice cubes (optional)
